Stanford is a private university recognized around the world. Established in the late 1800s, this school was built on the lands of the Stanford family. All lands still belong to the university and many have been added.
The campus includes twenty fountains, several libraries, numerous sports complexes and several restaurants for students. We had the chance to get a campus tour and learn these interesting facts as well as historical anecdotes about the school.
The engineering department is recognized among the world leaders. It includes several buildings and research laboratories including the « Product Realization Lab » which is a place where all projects can be realized. Several tools and services are made available to students.
In conclusion, this school has always been open to progress and has a unique vision of education. Stanford has successfully demonstrated the diversity on its magnificent campus.
